Safety 

All skaters must sign a waiver. We expect friendly scrimmages, played by the rules with no rough-housing. Douchebags, and inexperienced skaters, who pose a threat to the saftey others and themselves will be not be allowed to scrimmage.

Required safety gear:

• Helmet
• Mouth-guard
• Knee and Elbow Pads
• Wrist guards
• Cups (strongly recommended)
