MDC 2010 Season Bouts
Throughout 2010, MDC teams will each play each other during the regularly scheduled season to determine placement. At the end of the season, Harm City Homicide will host the 2010 MDC tournament which will determine which team will go home with the coveted Athletic Cup Championship Trophy. This Men's Derby Conference will kick off the regular MDC season with 2 very exciting bouts:
PVRD's Dirty Dozen vs. Harm City Homicide
The Dirty Dozen and Harm City have a history dating all the way back to 2006 when the Dozen traveled down to Baltimore to take on the Charm City ref staff led by Justice Feelgood Marshall. Since them, Harm City has met the Dirty Dozen three other times. First in their debut bout, where Homicide fell to the Dirty Dozen's more seasoned skill and endurance 100-67. The last 2 times these powerhouses met, they traded nail-biting blows. In Sept 2008, the Dirty Dozen took Harm City holding on through the last jam: 80 - 73. And most recently in Aug, 2009, Homicide overtook the Dozen 77 - 60. Will Homicide overtake the Dozen again or will the Dirty Dozen's full roster be the push they've been waiting for?

New York Shock Exchange vs. Connecticut Death Quads
For the main event of Saturday, New York - the undefeated - will go head to head with Connecticut - the new guys. The last two times they met, the Shock Exchange dominated the Death Quads: 193 - 13 in Oct, 2008; and 127 - 62 in Nov, 2009. Connecticut however is not without their victories. Most recently they took on the Dirty Dozen and won 60-50 and later on beat Puget Sound 120 - 82. In September these two teams played alongside one another at the WFTDA Eastern Regionals as the Death Shock. But the Death Quads still wants to be the first team to dethrone the Shock Exchange. Will they be able to do it? or will the Shock Exchange hang on for another win?
Shock Exchange: Abe Drinkin' #4&7 // Angelo Death #138 // Filthy McNasty #61 // Jefferee #420 // Jonathan R #6 // Ladies Knight #241 // Maulin' Brando #14 // Mothra #9ish // Rinkworm #11 // Ronnie Mako #7 // T-Stop Tornado #517 // Teen Wolf #||| // Vader #4ce // Wolfgang Von Stomp #40th //// Alternates: Adam Antichrist #666 // Flames Cagney #1000 // Mike-A-Holic #12 steps // MotorPsycho #127 // Patrick Bateman #West 81st // PsychoBilly #13
